The cooking class is conducted at Quoc Linh Eco Village, a 5000m2 site dedicated to nature and sustainable farming. Fun for all ages, the class is best suited to those looking for something different.

Go To Market:                     Experience the sights, sounds and smells of a local Hoi An market and interact with the stall owners.
Meet Our Friends: Goats, chickens, ducks and dogs plus fish feeding.
Pick Fresh Herbs: 
Pick fresh herbs and organic vegetables from our garden to use in your dishes.
Zip Across the Lake:  
Hook in and slide effortlessly from one side of the lake to the other.
Paddle a Basket Boat: Race your friends or just float around with a drink.
Vietnamese Pinata:   
Whack a clay pot and release the excitement from within.
Be Delighted by Your Host: The bubbly Linh will amaze and entertain you.

ITINERARY

The tour runs twice daily – 8:30am / 2:30pm and lasts for 4-5 hours.

Min 2 people required to run. Max 10.

08:30 Your friendly, local guide picks you up from your hotel
09:00 Go to Ba Le market with Chef Linh (about 30 minutes) by car.
09:30 Head to Quoc Linh Eco Village. On the way you can take in the beautiful views of Vietnamese countryside.
10:00  Enjoy an ice cold glass of freshly squeezed passion fruit juice and explore the village.
10:30 Let the cooking class begin! Be entertained by Linh and unleash your inner Vietnamese chef.
12:00 Send your tastebuds on an incredible, sensory journey and be amazed by what you ve created with your hands.
14:30 Return to the hotel and tell the world about your newly found love for Vietnamese cuisine.

Item 1: Banh xeo (Hoi An rice pancake)
Crispy Vietnamese Crepes filled with pork, shrimp, bean sprouts, and green onion. Served with lettuce leaves, fresh herbs and water.

Item 2: Goi Cuon (fresh Hoi An spring rolls)
Fresh Rice Paper Salad Rolls with Pork and Shrimp with a tangy, peanut Hoisin dipping sauce.

Item 3: Mango Salad or Papaya Salad
Mangoes, shallots, peanuts, cilantro, mint, dried shrimp, sesame seeds, chillies, garlic, lime juice, fish sauce, oil, and palm sugar.

Item 4: Bun Chay Vegetarian Noodle Soup
Fresh vermicelli, pineapple, tomato, cabbage, carrot, pumpkin, tofu, mushroom, leek, corriander and fresh herbs.
